With studentive you get Intelligent matching instead of job boards. Lecturers post thesis topics and student assistant positions. No effort, no separate logins, no data privacy concerns.
studentive connects students, lecturers, and companies on an intelligent matching platform. Higher placement rates. Less administrative effort. Cost savings for your university.
FOR STUDENTS
No more hours of browsing through job postings. Our matching system analyzes the student profile and proactively suggests suitable internships, jobs, and theses. Notifications on your smartphone. Application by swipe. Login via university account, no separate registration, no data harvesting.
FOR LECTURERS
Professors and research associates can post student assistant positions and thesis topics for supervision in under 2 minutes. Students apply directly via swipe. No more email ping-pong. No overcrowded bulletin boards. No copy-paste CVs. Simply reach and find the right students.
FOR CAREER SERVICE
Automatic matching significantly relieves your team. Companies post positions independently (with optional approval by you). Analytics show live which industries are in demand and where your graduates work – perfect for accreditations and location marketing. Organize events, workshops, and fairs centrally. Communicate with students via notifications. Massive cost savings for your university.
Many universities struggle with outdated career service infrastructure. The consequences: High effort, low placement rates, and missing data for strategic decisions.
Your team spends hours daily collecting, formatting, and distributing job postings. Student inquiries get lost in email floods.
Students don't find matching offers. Companies don't reach the right talent. Bulletin boards remain full, but matches remain absent.
Where do your graduates work? Which industries recruit at your institution? During accreditations, the numbers are missing. Time-consuming manual surveys instead of live analytics.
External platforms, separate logins, data sovereignty unclear. Every new solution means new GDPR reviews and coordination with the data protection officer.
There is a better way.
Modern technology meets highest data protection standards. studentive combines all functions for successful career placement on one platform.
Your students use their familiar university login. No separate registration, no new passwords, no data harvesting.

studentive was developed from the ground up for the highest data protection and security requirements. Your university retains full control over all data at all times.
Each university receives its own isolated instance of studentive. All student, lecturer, and university data remains under your complete control – technically separated from other universities and our corporate network.
You decide: Host your studentive instance yourself on your own infrastructure – or use our managed hosting according to the highest German data protection standards (hosting in Germany on certified servers).
Developed and hosted in Germany. Full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, including data minimization and technical protective measures.
